Shipments Lost in Transit: In the event that an official courier inquiry verifies your package has been lost during transportation, a replacement order will be dispatched to you free of charge.

Stolen or Missing 'Delivered' Items: Our liability ceases once the logistics system marks a package as successfully delivered. We do not offer coverage or replacements for items that go missing or are stolen post-delivery.

Import Levies, Tariffs, & Taxes: The recipient is solely accountable for all local customs fees, import duties, VAT, or related governmental charges. These expenses are completely separate from our product pricing and shipping fees.
Destination Address Accuracy: Ensuring the submission of an accurate and full delivery address rests entirely on the buyer. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, misdelivered, or returned to sender due to typographical errors or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Post-Delivery Ownership: Our logistical obligations are fully met once the carrier’s system confirms successful delivery. We hold no responsibility for packages stolen or misplaced after this point.
